Spring laughed with joyous mirth

When April's rain refreshed the earth

May's just taken a bow to the Moon

For she is blessing the coming of June

 

Gently caressing the Earth June lays

Her hands upon the Golden Day's

Awakening flowers sing her praise

For June she has her special ways

 

Seasons move in a Milky Way tune

Singing the changes of the Moon

Then June dances to the rhythm of the sky -

And she becomes the herald of July
